Stamps: Collect Items To Win Kitchen Cash, Supplies And More!

Thanks to your feedback, we have launched a new feature that allows you to win Kitchen Cash, Supplies and Instant Dish boosters in the game. 

Introducing Stamps, a brand new way to play Kitchen Scramble!

What are Stamps?

Stamps are unique collectibles that you can earn by playing specific locations and levels. By collecting all stamps in a single themed collection set, you will be eligible to win special prizes!

Where can I find the Stamps feature?

Click on the Tasks icon in the bottom right of your game screen. There, you will find a new Stamps icon, which leads to the popup.

Who can collect Stamps?

Currently, the Stamps feature is live on Facebook, Amazon and Android. Players with iOS devices will be able to use the Stamps feature next week!

What are Stamps collections and themes?

Each collection set is themed to a specific location and levels. For example, one collection set is called Feelin' Crabby. Players obtain Feelin' Crabby stamps by playing levels that serve seafood dishes. Once a player receives all five Feelin' Crabby stamps, the player can collect the Feelin' Crabby reward, which is Kitchen Cash. Currently there are four collection sets available, with many more coming soon! 

How do I know find and collect each unique Stamp?

Click on the 'i' on each stamp to see the hints on levels and locations you should play to obtain the stamp. Keep in mind, the stamps will be drop randomly on the kitchen counter by customers during the game, but you will only get to keep them if you complete the level successfully. Be patient and persevere --- the stamps will drop eventually!

What prizes can I win for collecting all the Stamps in a collection set?

You can see what prizes you win for completing each collection set by looking at the Rewards section. For example, if you collect all five stamps in the Back to Basics set, you will win Token Stars. Other rewards include Supplies, Kitchen Cash and Instant Dish Booster.

You will need to use Supplies to play a level. You will also receive all your usual rewards associated with completing the level, on top of the random Stamp. 

Coins

What is it?

Coins are the common currency in Kitchen Scramble.

What is it for?

Coins are used to purchase and upgrade your appliances, as well as to purchase select premium ingredients.

How do I get it?

Coins are primarily obtained by serving dishes to your customers during a level.  You also receive some as a bonus for completing a level, can receive some as gifts from friends,  and can also purchase them with real world money in the Purchase tab, or earned by completing offers for Trialpay via the "earn coins" tab at the bottom of the purchase coins screen

Kitchen Cash

What is it? 

Kitchen Cash is the premium currency used in Kitchen Scramble.  

What is it for? 

It is used to purchase premium appliance upgrades, certain premium ingredients, boosts, star tokens, supplies, and more.

How do I get it?

While there are a few instances in which you will earn it in game.  the primary way of obtaining Kitchen Cash will be to purchase it with real world money.  Kitchen Cash can also be earned for free by completing offers for TrialPay by clicking the "Earn Cash" tab at the top of the game screen or at the bottom of the purchase cash window. 

Please keep in mind that this is one of the primary ways in which the developers generate the money that is needed to support the game.

Star Tokens

What is it? 

Star Tokens, or Tokens, are items that prove Pepper has mastered the cuisine of a region. 

What is it for? 

Star Tokens are traded in to bypass Token Gates that are placed at the midpoint for each region.

How do I get it?

Star Tokens are awarded at the end of a level depending on Pepper's performance during the level. Up to a total of 3 Star Tokens can be earned from each level. Tokens can also be earned by completing location goals in each region, and by purchasing them with Kitchen Cash

Supplies

What is it? 

Supplies are the groceries and other resources used to serve up dishes to your customers.

What is it for? 

Ten Supplies are used up at the start of every level attempt. Without sufficient Supplies, you will be unable to play a level. Please note that since supplies are used to start the level, they will be expended whether you pass the level or not.

How do I get it?

Supplies replenish at a rate of one every six minutes up to the cap of 50. You can also receive Supplies as gifts from your friends up to a total of 70 Supplies. Also, if you are running low, you can spend Kitchen Cash to refill your Supplies back to 50.

Reload/Refresh Issues On Kitchen Scramble (Web)

Are you having reload issues while playing Kitchen Scramble on Web? We are aware of the issue but need your help to resolve this bug. Launch the game and play normally until the game reloads. When the game gives you the reload or refresh error, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1

Click anywhere in the gaming window to make sure Kitchen Scramble is selected.

Step 2

Type the command "pconsole" (without the quotations) to retrieve a log of what has just occurred.

Step 3

Please select the log and press Ctrl+A to select the entire log.

Step 4

Please pressy Ctrl+C to copy the log.

Step 5

Send a ticket in to our Support team using the Help tab in the game. Include the log by pressing Ctrl+V to paste the log into the response.

Step 6

Send the log of the problem and our team will investigate the issue.

How Do I Sync My Game With Facebook Or Across Different Devices?

To Sync, tap anywhere in game that has the blue Facebook Connect Button!

Don?t see the connect button? Follow these short steps:

1.            To sync your mobile game, open the app on your mobile device.

2.            Then, tap the settings icon.

3.            Tap the Facebook icon to open the login menu.

4.            Enter your Facebook login details. This will sync your game with your Facebook account.

If you are syncing so you can play on multiple mobile devices, you will need to follow these login steps on your other devices as well.  Players most often do this when they want to play their saved game on their iPhone, and iPad interchangeably.

You can log out of Facebook on your mobile devices; however you cannot un-sync a game should you choose to start a new Facebook account.  Make sure you log into the right account!

If you need to delete your game, you MUST sync before deleting your game to prevent lost progress.

After you re-download the App, simply log back into your Facebook account to load your saved progress.

How Do I Log Out?

To log out, tap the Settings Gear icon, then the Facebook icon, then tap Log Out. 

How Do I Add Friends?

To add friends, tap the Envelope icon! This is your message center, and lets you check your mail, send and receive gifts, and add more friends! Tap Invite to choose from a list of friends.

Sync your game with Facebook to find even more friends! 

How Do I Buy More Kitchen Cash And Coins?

To buy Kitchen Cash, click the + icon next to your Kitchen Cash balance.

Sometimes you can also earn Free Cash with special offers! Tap the Free Cash icon to see what deals are available!

Kitchen Cash cannot transfer between Mobile and Facebook. If you purchase or earn Kitchen Cash on Facebook,   it will add to your Facebook Kitchen Cash balance. 

How Do I Find My Mobile Game ID?

If you are synced to Facebook, your Mobile Game ID is your Facebook ID number.

You can find this on your mobile device when you tap the Settings Gear for more information.

You can also find your Facebook ID on Facebook.

- Just log in to Facebook with any browser (not the app)

- Visit your wall (by clicking your name).

- Copy and Paste that URL in a message to us, and we can locate your game ID.

          - In example, the URL of our Wall is Facebook.com/KitchenScramble.

Not Synced?

To find your Mobile ID, tap load your game and tap the Settings Gear for more information. 

Tap Info, and our UID will be displayed in the center of the page. 

How Do I Change Settings?

Tap the Setting Gear to open the settings menu, then:

- Tap the Sound and Music buttons to toggle sounds on and off.

- To Log in or Out of your Facebook synced game, tap the Facebook icon, then tap to Log Out / Log In.

- Tap the Info icon to access your game ID, the game credits, and support information.
