What is a quest and how do I complete it?

Quests are special tasks that you can find at the left side of the screen. Completing quests gives you experience points, in-game currency and other various rewards. Fulfilling quests is an integral part of the game process as it helps you to advance in the storyline and develop your game.

How do I remove a building/object?

In order to remove a building, you need to long-tap it, and then select the shovel icon in the menu that opens. After that, just confirm the action.

How do I know the function of a certain construction in the game? 

To figure out what a certain construction is intended for, open the Store (icon with a mallet in the lower part of the screen) and find the building you want to know about. You will see the "i" icon in the upper corner of the picture with the construction. Press it to learn more about this object.

How can I release space on the island to construct more buildings?

There are several ways to release space on your islands for constructing more buildings:

1. Chop down trees and cut bushes by tapping them.

2. Move the existing buildings closer to each other: tap the icon with a hand depicted on it at the bottom of the game window, then touch and drag the building to its new position.

3. Place some constructions to your Inventory: tap the icon with a hand on it and then - the icon with a box, press the building you want to place to the Storage.

How can I get more villagers?

In order to get new villagers, you should build residential houses. You can find them in the second tab of the Store (icon with the mallet at the bottom of the screen).

Why do the requirements for happiness level always increase when I want to build a new house?

New buildings give birth to more settlers. Your happiness level corresponds to the number of inhabitants in your village and cannot be lower than it. So to build a construction, first you need to reach a certain happiness level fitting the amount of villagers this construction will provide your island with. For example, to build a new villa that will add 3 villagers, your happiness level must be at least 3 levels higher than the current number of your population.

 What can I do when buildings on my island are on fire?

When building is on fire you should just tap on the icon with the bucket over it and one of your villagers will put it out.

 How many levels does the main building have?

At the moment level 14 is the highest one for the main building. Tap it to see its current state and the requirements you should meet to get higher level of the construction

What should I do to upgrade the main building?

Find your main building (construction with a flag on the roof) and press it to see the requirements for its upgrading to the next level. As soon as the task is completed you will be able to upgrade it.

How to turn on confirmations for gem spending

Press the button with two gears in the lower right-hand corner of the screen, and in the menu that opens select the top icon (shown on the picture).

What are the Elite and Exclusive buildings upgrades and what benefits do I get from them?

Upgrading your production buildings to elite levels will expedite all the deals in it by 30%

While upgrading them even further, to the exclusivity will expedite deals by 50%!

How can I enter the Snow Dino, Fire Mountain, Spring Garden and Purple Giant competitions?

The game feature in that at present you should receive a certain level in the game first to be a skilful and proficient enough as a player to take part in the competitions:

- Snow Dino - from level 23.

- Fire Mountain - from level 26.

- Spring Garden - from level 30.

- Purple Giant - from level 33.

Develop your game, get new levels, become a powerful chief and take part in the competitions!

How do I use the Chief’s Residence?

Completing contracts in the Chief’s Residence will give you Golden Nuts, which can later be exchanged for buildings and bonuses, items for pets or competitions, and other useful stuff!

What’s a Fair?

Every once in a while, Hermy Sr, the travelling merchant, will visit your islands. You can find him next to the Main Building. He’s always offering some kind of special buildings and exotic items from far-away lands at amazing prices!

What are Wonders of the World?

Wonders of the World are unique buildings that can be constructed only once in the game. They give access to very profitable deals! Upgrading Wonders of the World to elite level will expedite deals by 30%!

What are Wonder Animals?

Wonder Animals are unique creatures that inhabit different islands. In exchange for a certain amount of resources, they’ll give you a random set of prizes. These can be anything from valuable resources, gems, rare buildings, to unique decorations. Upgrading Wonder Animals to elite level will expedite deals by 30%

What’s an Oasis?

An Oasis is a unique building that allows you to order deals that generate special Amphorae with various prizes. You’ll need keys that are used in competitions to open these Amphorae. Inside, you can find all kinds of different goodies such as rare resources, gems, special buildings and unique decoration. Upgrading an Oasis to elite level will expedite deals by 30%!

How do I get pets?

You can find pets in the building menu under the Special Items tab.

What are Safes?

Every day you can find one free Safe with valuable resources on either your islands, and one more on the islands of your neighbors. After that - you’ll be able to open all the safes that will appear on your map during this day with gems, but there is also a chance that some of them will be available for free. Keep an eye out for them!

Where can I get more wood?

You can get more wood in the following ways:

1. Chop trees.

2. Uproot stumps.

3. Build more Forester's Huts.

4. Open chests.

5. Buy wood in the Store → Resources.

How do I get stone?

There are two sorts of stone in the game: stone and cut stone.

In order to get stone you should build Quarry and to get cut stone you need Stone Processing Mill. You can find these buildings in the third tab of the Store window.

Where can I get lumber?

You should build Lumber Mill to collect lumber.

You can find the building in the Store → the third tab in the upper menu.

Where can I find sand?

You can get sand from the Sand Pit which can be found in the third tab of the Store window.

The construction becomes available to you after completing the corresponding quest on the Mystery Shore Island and can be built on the third island only.

Where can I get copper?

You can get copper from the Foundry which can be found in the third tab of the Store window.

The Foundry becomes available on high levels in the game and can be built on the Murlod Island only.

Where can I find glass?

You can get glass from the Laboratory which can be found in the third tab of the Store window.

The fact that the building becomes available after completing the corresponding quest on the Murlod Island.

How can I get coral?

To get coral you should build the Coral Mining. You can find it in the third tab of the Store window. Note that this building will be available to you only on high game levels and you will be able to construct it only on Ancestor's Atoll after completing relative quests.

How do I get paint?

You can get paint from the Paint Factory which can be found in the third tab of the Store window. Please, pay attention to the fact that the Paint Factory becomes available to you only at high game levels and after upgrading the main building to level 12.

Where can I find marble?

There are two sorts of marble in the game: marble and cut marble.

In order to get marble you should build Marble Pit and to get cut marble you need Marble Processing Mill. You can find these buildings in the third tab of the Store window. Note that Marble Processing Mill will be available to you only after completing the relative quest on the Mystery Shore Island.

How do I get Starclay?

You can get Starclay on the Island of the Ancients, the Marble Fiord and the Mystery Shore after reaching level 38. Construct a Starclay Factory to start getting Starclay.

How do I get Fabric?

You can get Fabric in Farmer’s Bay after reaching level 40. Construct a Spinnery to start getting Fabric.

 How do I get Wool?

You can only get Wool in Farmer’s Bay after reaching level 48. Construct a Sheep Farm to start getting Wool.

How do I get Coal?

You can only get Coal in Fisherman’s Cove after reaching level 60. Construct a Coal Workshop to start getting Coal.

How do I get Polunarium?

You can get Polunarium in Piedmont Lands after reaching level 65. Once reached, construct a Polunarium Foundry to start getting Polunarium

How do I get Moon Graphite?

You can get Moon Graphite on Ancestors’ Atoll, Murlod Island and Alien Shore after reaching level 70. Construct a Moon Press to start getting moon Graphite.

 How do I get food on the Marble Fiord?

There is no opportunity to plant anything on patches on the Marble Fiord because of its severe climate. The food on the island can be obtained from berry bushes and from special buildings - Pig Farms.

 How do I sell my resources?

You can sell your extra resources. When you try to collect resources highlighted in red, you will see a pop up that will offer you three options: to build another warehouse, to upgrade a warehouse you already have or to sell the resources you have no space for.

 How can I transfer resources between islands?

To transfer resources between islands, you should build the Zeppelin Harbour. This building gives you a zeppelin using which you can send resources you want to another island. As soon as your construction will be completed, click on the Map icon in the lower part of the screen and go to the map. There you will see an icon with the zeppelin: click on it to choose resources you want to send and its destination point.

Please, note that one zeppelin can carry only one type of resources. The amount of your zeppelins depends on the level of your Zeppelin Harbour.

How do I move resources from Inventory to the Warehouse?

Click the icon with a backpack in the lower part of the screen to open your Inventory. There you can see all your items, extra resources and parcels. Click the Move to Warehouse button and in case you have free space, your resources will be replaced. Note that you can use your parcels only on islands they were originally sent to. If your parcels are in the Inventory but are not available, click any of them to see what island it can be used on.

Why can't I accept the shipped resources?

The resources can be accepted only on the island which was indicated as the destination point when sending the cargo. If it is stated that you can't unload the cargo on the island please, visit all your islands in turn and check the Inventory in each location. The cargo goes into your Inventory only if warehouses on the destination island are full, otherwise the resources will go straight to your Warehouse.

How can I use my parcels and bonus chests when my warehouses are run out of space?

In case your warehouses are loaded with resources and you have bonus chests or parcels from other islands, don't worry. All extra resources will be saved in your Inventory (icon with a backpack in the lower part of the screen) and you can use them upon necessity whenever you want
