FarmVille 2-Country Escape-Japanese Culture Day Official Guide



Konnichiwa! Marie has invited her pen pals Kyoko and Samurai Shinichiro to visit the farm. Celebrate the Japanese Culture Day with them and experience origami, tea ceremonies, and much more!

If you are at least Level 12, you will be invited to celebrate Japanese Culture Day. You will need to force-close the game or reboot your device to see the update.

The Japanese Culture Day event starts on the 6th of November (Wednesday) and ends on the 17th (Sunday), giving you 12 days to complete all event orders and win Kimono Shiba Dog!


Start the celebration by tapping on the Culture Fair.


There are two Leaderboard stages that you need to complete. The 1st Stage will run from the 6th to the 11th of November. The 2nd Stage starts on the 12th and ends on the 17th. Win gold on either stage to get the temporary farmhand Shiba. Get Gold on both stages to win the permanent farmhand Kimono Shiba Dog.


You need to craft items and fulfill orders to complete the stages. When you complete the event orders, you will earn Cherry-Blossom Points.


Japanese Culture Event Leaderboard

Fill up as many orders as you can to earn more Cherry-Blossom Points, so you can move up the Leaderboard.


Leaderboard Rewards



Stage 1

No Trophy: 5 Sticky Rice, 5 Jewel Steel

Bronze: 1 Silver Stamp, 1 Padlock, 5 Golden Gloves

Silver: 2 Gold Stamps, 2 Padlocks, 10 Keys, Eggtastic Pin

Gold: Shiba Dog (Permanent Farmhand)



Stage 2

No Trophy: 1000 Coins

Bronze: 1 Silver Stamp, 1 Padlock, 5 Golden Gloves

Silver: 2 Gold Stamps, 2 Padlocks, 10 Keys, All Mine Pin

Gold: Kimono Dog (Permanent Farmhand)

Use A Boost



To increase the amount of Cherry-Blossom Points you receive, use these Boosts: Silver Crane, Gold Crane, and Diamond Crane Boost.


The Silver Crane helps you win 50% more points

Gold Crane helps you get double the leaderboard points

You can upgrade Gold Crane to a Diamond Crane to get even more points


Temporary Place of Interest: Zen Garden

The Zen Garden is a temporary area where you can get event items needed in each recipe.



For example, it will drop the Japanese Rice needed in Phase 1.


Temporary Farm Hands: Kabuki Kyoko and Samurai Shinichiro

You can purchase Kabuki Kyoko and/ or Samurai Shinichiro as farmhands to help you out during the Japanese Culture Day event. You’ll have a higher chance of finding rare event items and more by using these farmhands


Note: Kabuki Kyoko and Samurai Shinichiro are temporary farmhands, and will only stay on your farm for the whole duration of the Japanese Culture Event.
