We’ve been receiving your questions regarding Wonder Valley and noticed, that some of them are repeated. So, we decided to collect them and make you a list of answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). 

But please, don’t hesitate to contact us in the direct messages if you haven’t found your answer here. 

If you have troubles with loading Wonder Valley or other similar problems, please read this instruction. 

How to sow crops and harvest them

You get 4 empty fields in the beginning of the game. Just click on one of them and choose a seed you want to sow. Click your field once again when it is ready to be harvested. Crops will be automatically added to your barn. You will get opportunities to buy more fields later, just keep on playing and leveling up. 

I’ve spent all my harvest on crafting goods. Where do I take new ones?

Just grow them! You don’t need available crop to plant them. As you don’t need available fruits/berries to grow a tree. Just click on the field/pot, choose a crop and plant it. 

How do I get cows and other farm animals?

When you reach level 6 you will be offered to repair the Cowshed. Other animal sheds will become available during the playthrough (you can find them in the shop in the “animals” section). Click on the shed in order to buy new animals. Please notice, that the fifth animal is sold for diamonds. 

How do I feed my animals?

When you reach level 6 you will be offered to repair the Feed Mill. You can produce food there. After you crafted food just click on your animal to feed it.

Why can’t I pick up food for animals? I have one/two more free cells in my storehouse. 

One feed bag requires three storehouse cells, because you can feed three animals with one bag. You can’t pick it up because you don’t have enough space. 

How do I collect milk or eggs, if my animals are blocked by other object?

Our game has a special feature for this kind of situations. Move your cursor on the object and wait until it becomes transparent. Now you can click on your animals and collect whatever they have made for you.

I picked up iron/wood/sand, but I can’t find them in the storehouse. How comes?

All resources that you get from your carts are kept in the barn. 

Where do I get carts? What do I do when they break down?

Carts are available in the shop at the “Farm” section. Click on your cart to start producing resources you need. Please notice, that you can use cart only for a limited amount of times. It will break down when you reach this limit. Just use tools to remove broken cart from your map and then buy a new one in the shop.

How do I edit my map?

There are two ways to edit your map in this game:

Click on the pallet icon near the shop;

Click on the object you want to move and hold a little, until you get a small editing menu. 

With the help of map editor you can move different objects or put them to storage. Please notice, that all workshop, fields, pots and carts can’t be put to storage. You can’t close your map editor until you put them somewhere on your farm. And don’t forget to press “save” button before exiting editor. 

How does the reward chest work? 

With the help of Wise Owl you can upgrade your recipes and get bonuses. When you complete orders with upgraded recipes you get keys. And when you get enough keys you can open the reward chest and get what’s inside. Each recipe upgrade gives you points to level up your chest. Once it happens you will get a more valuable reward from your chest. 

Recipe upgrades are made with diamonds only?

Not all of them. You can upgrade Corn Cake and Apple Juice recipes from level 0 to 1 for free. Other recipe upgrades require diamonds. 

How do I get diamonds? 

You can either purchase them, or earn then in-game. You get them for gaining a new level, for opening reward or/and guild chests and for completing stories. 

How do I help my friends?

As soon as you reach levels 7 and 16 The Ship and Esmeralda’s Tent will become available. Players can ask for help and provide this help in fulfilling Ship’s containers and Esmeralda’s baskets. If you see exclamation mark on “Your Friends” icon it means that some of your friends need help. Click on “Your Friends” and then go to “Help” section. There you can see those who are asking for help. Visit their farms and look for ship containers and Esmeralda’s baskets that need to be filled. 

How do I get tools to upgrade barn/storehouse and to clear my farm?

There are different ways to get tools:

Open a deck of cards you get from the Ship. You can get tools and recipe cards.

Open the reward or/and guild chest.

Complete the story.

I fulfilled Esmeralda’s baskets and got clover points. What are they for?

These are your tent ranking points. We are keeping a list of best players in the game. Each month (30 days) players with top ratings get rewarded. 

I’ve sent Esmeralda off to a journey, but didn’t get any gems. Why is that?

This means that you didn’t fill all baskets. Esmeralda’s Tent and Ship are almost the same - you click on the basket to fulfill it and gain coins and level points. But if you don’t fulfill all Esmeralda’s baskets, you don’t get additional experience, rating and gems. You get them only if you complete all Esmeralda’s orders in time. 

What gems are for?

You get gems after fulfilling all baskets in Esmeralda’s tent. You need them to upgrade Legendary decorations in your Castle of Legends. 

How do I increase my reputation? 

As soon as you reach level 20 the Castle of Legends with it’s Legendary Decorations becomes available. Just upgrade these decorations and you will gain reputation points. 

How do I upgrade Legendary Decorations?

You need to collect Decoration Cards and Gems. Ship can bring you cards (you need Gold and Pink decks that take 8 and 12 hours to open), and you also can get them from opening reward and guild chests. And Esmeralda will give you gems for fulfilling her baskets. When you have all required cards and gems go to the Castle of Legends and upgrade your decoration. 

There are birds and squirrels on my farm. What are they for? Do they always give you coins and experience?

Birds and squirrels are made to liven up your farm. You can follow them and explore your map, maybe even find something new. They don’t always drop coins and experience. 

My diamonds disappeared. How did it happen?

Diamonds don’t disappear by themselves. Sometimes players accidently press “Speed up” or “Buy resources” buttons and spend their diamonds for that. Unfortunately you can’t cancel these actions. Please, be careful with where you click. 

My barn/storehouse is full and I can’t pick up things. My game is over? 

No, of course not. You can free some space by selling extra goods. Just go to your barn/storehouse, click on the goods you want to sell, select quantity and press “sell” butt

Where do goods from opened deck of cards go? 

From these decks you get cards and tools for barn/storehouse upgrade and for clearing your farm. Cards are used to upgrade recipes and decorations. They go to Wise Owl and to the Castle of Legends. 

There is no cursor in my chat. I can’t type?

Sometimes cursor can dissapear from your chat. But you still can type.
