FarmVille Tropic Escape-The Storytime Fair Official Guide

It's a special time for Domingo's tribe and do you know why? It's world folktales and fables week! For this wonderful occasion, he has invited the island chief to the resort to regale the guests with stories that have been passed down from generation to generation. Now, Chief Kono has a great idea to make this event more memorable. He suggests that we turn it into a storytelling fair to celebrate the art of the oral tradition that has kept native island cultures alive.

If you’re at least level 9, you will receive a pop-up for The Story Time Fair! event. You will need to force-close the game to see the update, or even reboot your device.

You can begin the event by tapping on the Storytime Green area where members of the tribe will hear all about the folktales and fables. It is an area near the beach which gets improved and decorated while you finish each stage.

Craft items from materials found around the island. Take note that each item gives out a different number of Story Points.

Get as many Story Points as possible to move up the Story Point Rankings. Collect more Story Points per item by using Boosts.

Keep crafting items to reach your personal Story Points goal and unlock rewards!

Play the first round which starts on March 23 and earn Gold Rank at the end of this round on March 28 to win Sooty, Lilo's best friend, as your farmhand for the next 20 days! The second round starts on March 29 and ends on April 3. If you manage to stay in the Gold Rank during the second round you will also win a harvestable Reading Tent for 10 days!

Temporary: The Floating Library

Guides can search for items around the Floating Library to find special ingredients to craft supplies for the Storytime Fair. This is a temporary area where you can search for event items needed during the event.

Temporary Guides

You can purchase Chief Kono, the head of Domingo's tribe and the keeper of the stories of the island. You can also purchase Chief Kono's granddaughter Lilo who is full of mischief and adores her grandpa's stories. They will give you a higher chance of finding rare ingredients and more! Chief Kono finds more ingredients at the Floating Library while Lilo will give you an advantage when searching for ingredients at the usual island Landmarks.
