Spring is here, Mayors! And it brings new 🎨 facades 🎨 for your favourite residences 🏡 Let's start with the 🏠 Colonial House! 😻 

Important notes 

✅ 1 Facade 🎨 = 1 House 🏡 

✅ Every facade 🎨 can be used only once 1️⃣ You can win 4 🎨 facades in total 😊, so no more than 4 houses 🏡 can be changed.

✅ It may look like 👀 you have applied your facade 🎨 to all the Colonial Houses 🏡 you have, however, once you restart your game 📲 it will be applied to the specific Colonial House(s) 🏠 only (it is a bug 🐞 which will be fixed ✔️in the next update) 🙈
