✿ How to grow and harvest crops?

At the beginning of the game you have 6 plots. Click on an empty plot and you will see images of crops available for planting. You can plant in 2 ways (as you prefer):

1. drag the crop directly on plots and plant the needed seeds at once;

2. first click on a crop and then each plot in turn.

You can also harvest in 2 ways:

1. click the ripe plant and not releasing the mouse button drag across the rest of the ripe crops;

2. just click on ripe crops in turn.

✿ How do "friends" differ from "neighbors"?

By default, you can see all your friends playing with you in the "Friends" tab. If you stop being friends, they will disappear from this tab.

But as for the neighbors, they will not. They will remain in the "Neighbors" tab and you will also be able to visit them and help. You can visit a farm of an "unknown" player in the game and add them to the neighbors using the "+" button in the same way as in case of a friend.

Thus, you don't have to be Facebook friends to play together.

✿ How to buy chickens and other animals?

Firstly, choose the "Yard" section in the Shop and buy a Chicken Coop or another pen. When the construction is completed, you can buy animals in 2 ways:

1. In the Shop in the "Animals" section. 

2. Click on the pen and you will see a window with a number of animals you can buy.

As a rule, a pen accommodates 6 animals. To buy more, you need to build an additional animal pen.

✿ Where to get animal feed?

For feed production you need to buy a Feed Mill in the store in the "Factories" section. Once the Mill is ready, you can choose the type of feed and start its production.

✿ Where my goods and harvest are?

There is a Barn in your field, it has two divisions: 

"Harvest" which contains the entire harvest. 

And "Products" which holds everything else: products of the factories and farms, as well as items that fall randomly during the game (axes, saws, special materials to increase the barn, and expand lands).

✿ How to increase the capacity of the barn?

1.The main way to get the necessary materials to increase the Barn is to receive them in reward for completing orders sent by boats.  

2. Occasionally materials can be obtained as a gift from a hero.  

3. Fast way: if materials are not enough, you will be offered to purchase them for crystals.

✿ How to move an object?

Next to the Shop button there's a button for map editing. After clicking it, you will be in the edit mode - buttons for replacing and rotating objects will appear and objects that cannot be moved will become transparent. First select the desired action and then Replace/Rotate a building, plant, plot, or decoration. To exit the edit mode, click the "Save" button.

✿ What are shovels, saws, and axes for?

You will need all these items to clear the area for buildings and not only. Fruit trees bought in the Shop will also be cut by using saws and axes.

✿ What are the crystals and how to get them?

You need crystals to purchase unique decorations, missing materials, or accelerate action.

Here are some ways to get crystals in the game:

- you can sometimes get crystals when you reach a new level;

- you can get them as a gift from superheroes;

- as a reward for inviting friends in the game;

- for entering the Super Farm Game group;

- sometimes they are looted in a mine;

- you can buy crystals for money.

✿ I need crystals/coins. How can I buy them?

In the upper right corner click the "+" next to the crystals and coins, choose the amount of game currency and click on the green button which shows the price. Then in a new window, choose the most convenient payment method.

✿ How to sell products?

You can sell any product, harvest, or materials in the Barn. Go to the Barn, click on any item you want to sell (by default half of objects of the same type is selected for sale). Choose the number of goods to sell by using the "-" and "+" buttons. The price will be calculated and displayed automatically.

✿ What should I do if the game doesn't load?

First of all, clear your browser's cache and restart the game.

How to clear your browser's cache:

The key combination 'Ctrl + Shift + Delete' works in almost all browsers.

Clearing Cache in Internet Explorer 7

Firstly, click on Tools in the Menu then select Internet Options. Select the General tab in the opened window. Click on the Delete... button under Browsing history. In the Delete Browsing History window click on the Delete Files... button in Temporary Internet Files. In the Delete Files window click the Yes button. Close all the windows.  

Clearing Cache in Internet Explorer 6

Firstly, click on Tools in the Menu then select Internet Options. Select the General tab in the opened window. Click on the Delete... button in Temporary Internet Files. In the Delete Files window click the OK button. Close all the windows.  

Clearing Cache in Mozilla Firefox (Windows)

Firstly, click on Tools in the top menu and choose Options or click the Menu button and choose Options. Select the Advanced panel. Then click on the Network tab. In the Cashed Web Content section click on the Clear Now button. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.

Clearing Cache in Mozilla Firefox 33 (Mac OS)

Firstly, click on Preferences in the top menu and choose Options or click the Menu button and choose Options. Click the Privacy tab. In the History area, click the clear your recent history link. If you don't see that link, change the Firefox option to Remember history. You can change it back to your custom setting when you're done. In the Clear Recent History window that appears, set the Time range to clear: to Everything. In the list at the bottom of the window, uncheck everything except for Cache. Click on the Clear Now button. When the Clear Recent History window disappears, all of the files saved (cached) from your Internet browsing activities in Firefox will have been removed. If your Internet cache is large, Firefox may hang while it finishes removing the files. Just be patient - it will eventually finish the job. Older versions of Firefox, particularly Firefox 4 through Firefox 33, have fairly similar processes for clearing the cache but please try to keep Firefox updated to the latest version if you can.

Clearing Cache in Opera (Windows) 

Firstly, click on Tools in the top menu and choose Preferences. In the Preferences window select the Advanced tab. Then choose the History tab. In the Disc cache section click on the Empty Now button. Click OK to save your changes.

Clearing Cache in Opera (Mac) 

Firstly, click on Settings in the menu. Click Delete Private Data. In the Delete Private Data window check the Delete entire cache box. Then choose the History tab. Click on the Delete button. Click OK to save your changes.

Clearing Cache in Google Chrome

Firstly, click the Menu icon in the upper right corner of the browser to the right and choose Settings. Click "Show advanced settings..." at the very bottom of the Settings section. Scroll to the Privacy section and click "Clear browsing data". Check "Cached images and files". Press "Clear browsing data".

Clearing Cache in Safari

Firstly, from your Safari menu bar click Safari then choose Preferences. Select the Advanced tab. Select Show Develop menu in the menu bar. Now from the menu bar click Develop then choose Empty Caches. 

✿ What are "neighbors" for?

It's more interesting to play with friends and neighbors. You can visit them and help. You can help as soon as a friend asks you for help. There are 2 ways you can help: 

1. Watering trees. A dry tree should not be cut down, but can be restored 1 time with a friend's help. To do this, click on it and select the sign with a watering can - your friends will see that you need help on the Friends' Panel and will be able to water the tree.  

2. Loading the boats. In each boat one crater can be downloaded with a friend's help if you click on the "Ask" button. Friends will see an indicator in the Friends' Panel and will be able to load the crater with product from their barn.  

Also any help gives experience.

✿ Where the Storage is?

You can take decorations sent to the Storage at any time from the Shop (tab "Decorations"). After placing all the available decorations, you will be able to purchase more decorations there, but for some price.
