SuperTown-Troubleshooting and Performance

App crashes, doesn't load or stops responding

If your game is not working correctly, please try the following steps:

Restart the app
Double-click the Home button to see recently used apps, locate Supertown and swipe it up to force close it.
Restart your device
This frees up system memory. Simply turn your device off and back on.
Check for app updates
To do this, open the App Store and tap the Updates icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. If Supertown is listed here, tap Update next to it to download the new version.
Check for iOS updates
Go to Settings → General → Software, and you'll see if any system updates are available.
Free some system storage
Go to Settings → About to see the available capacity of your device. You can free up space by removing unused apps, videos and pictures.
Reinstall the app
Before deleting the game, if you've already made a progress you wouldn't want to lose, make sure to write down your game ID (it is located in the game settings menu). To delete the game, tap and hold its icon until it starts to wiggle, then tap the X button on the icon. Go to the App Store and download the app again. If you've lost your progress, please contact our support and provide your previous game ID.
Please note that if you're using a jail-broken device, there is no guarantee that Supertown will load correctly.

How to take a screenshot

iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch:

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on the top or side of your device.
Immediately press and release the Home button.

To find your screenshot, go to the "Photos" app → "Albums" and tap "Camera Roll".

How to contact support

If you've encountered an issue or have a question to ask, please consult our Help Center. If you don't find an answer, you can contact our support team for further assistance.

To do so, tap the Settings button on the left side of your screen.

Next, tap "Help Center". You will see a list of help articles divided into categories. Select an article that corresponds to your issue.

If you don't find the answer, tap "Contact us" at the top right corner of the screen. You will see a list of your support tickets. Tap "New" to create a new ticket.

If you're reporting an error, make sure to include as much information as possible. You can also attach files to your ticket, like screenshots or transaction receipts, by tapping the Attachment button to the left of the input window.

Fill out the request form and tap "Send".

Our agent will get back to you within the working hours. You can read the reply by tapping "Contact us" and then selecting the corresponding ticket from the list.

You can also contact support by sending your request to Make sure to include your device name and your Player ID.
