FarmVille 2 Tropic Escape-The Search for Mr. Snowman Guida

It’s Christmas time, Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus were delivering presents when one of their aids, Mr. Snowman, slipped from the sleigh! Unfortunate as it was, he was lucky to fall somewhere on our Island.

Santa and his wife are deeply worried and need our help finding their snowy buddy. Pinpointing his location won’t be easy, but he has left behind snowy trails that give us a lead to follow.

All volunteers are appreciated in this rescue operation that will probably cover the farthest corners of the Island. Join the search and rescue party on an adventure through an unlikely but magical winter wonderland!

Start the event by tapping on the Winter Camp near the beach.

The event consists of 2 Leaderboard rounds, and each round will last for 5 days. The first round begins on the 16th of December and will end on the 21st of December. You can play the second round starting on the 21st of December until the 26th of December.

Players compete by making their way through the Island. Other resorts will be competing, and the one who travels the furthest at the end of the round wins.

You can travel through the Island by using Gadgets.

Gadgets can be dragged and dropped to clear the way on the Island. Clearing Ice Blocks can cause a chain reaction with just a single Gadget.

In round 2, you’ll be able to use a brand new type of Gadget that will create more Ice Blocks on the Island and make progressing through it more exciting!

There’ll be hidden rewards along the path, so be on the lookout for them!

You can get more Gadgets by turning in supplies or purchasing them. Tap on the Get Gadgets tab to see the orders you can fill up.

Note: All your remaining Gadgets after the round will be converted into personal goal distance and added to your Personal Goal.

Event Leaderboard

Keep turning in Supplies to travel farther into the Island and climb up the ranks on the Leaderboard to win better rewards!

Leaderboard Rewards are based on the player's final rank at the end of each round.

Gold Rank in any round - Mer-Elf for 7 days! Like Shelly the mermaid, you can hire Mer-Elf to find your ingredients and crafts.

Gold Rank in both rounds - You'll get the harvestable deco Telephone Booth.

Personal Goal

You can also win rewards when you reach your Personal Goals. The rewards are based on reaching a specific distance in 24 hours. This goal will reset every 24 hours to allow you to win the next reward. You’ll find your Personal Goals at the bottom of the Island Depths tab.

On reaching your Personal Goal, you can choose a random reward. Each item collected is then removed from the list of possible rewards.

The list includes Lil Penguin as a 14-day guide and a Telephone Booth, a harvestable decoration.

Temporary Island Guides: Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus

You can rent Santa Claus and/or Mrs. Claus as Temporary Island Guides to help you out during the event. They will give you a higher chance of finding rare ingredients at The Sleigh and other Landmarks.
