FarmVille 2 Country Escape-The Pet Show Competition Guide

Marie just returned to the farm after helping her friend at an amazing competition with animals. With all the incredible animals on the farm, she wanted to bring the competition here! Her friend has agreed to come to the farm and help teach our old dogs a few new tricks for our own Pet Show Competition!

If you are at least Level 12, you will see a pop-up inviting you to the Pet Show Competition! You will need to force close the game to see the update, which means to clear it from your mobile device's memory or even reboot your device. 

Start off the quests by visiting the Champion's Field, located behind Eagle Eye Eddie's airplane. The Champion's Field is where you earn Bark Points and display the Leaderboard.

The Pet Show Competition starts on Sept 15th, 2021. It has 2 stages, giving you 12 days to compete for Leaderboard supremacy and to complete the Pet Show Competition quests.

Get Gold in either stage to win the permanent Farm Hand Cheerful Chow. Win Gold in both stages to get the permanent Farm Hand Charming Chow!

Pet Show Competition Leaderboard 

 

You will be crafting orders to earn Dash Points for the Pet Show Competition Event. 

The Champion's Field let's you do 3 orders at a time. They can either be harvested (crops), or crafted. Each item requested on the board will have a different timer, allowing you to efficiently gather the needed Event items.

 

Tip: Check the Farm Stand often to see if your friends are selling what you need.

Complete as many orders as you can to earn more points so you can move up the Leaderboard!

You can also earn additional Dash Points by: 

 

Completing event Quests.

Hiring temporary Farm Hands AllStar Alex, Jolly Janice, and Captain Cooper.

Using Boosts.

Pet Show Leaderboard Boosts: Silver Collar Boost and Gold Collar Boost 

You can earn more Dash Points by using Collar boosts! Once activated, it will last for 1 hour, and you can only select one boost at a time.

 

Silver Collar Boost helps you win 50% more points.

Gold Collar Boost helps you win 100% more points. 

Diamond Collar Boost helps you win 200% more points.  

Event Pass

 

With the Event Pass, you will double your rewards when you win a Silver or Bronze Trophy in either stages.

 

You can also get temporary Farm Hand, Sanguine Stella, for 21 days when you win a Gold Trophy in both stages.

Leaderboard:

The second tab of the Champion's Field will show you the Leaderboard that you are currently in. Not everyone you know will be in the same Leaderboard. The Leaderboard tab will tell you which prize category you are currently in (Gold, Silver, or Bronze). You can also see how you rank among your friends. To be fair to all, you will be in a Leaderboard with others of the same level.

Gold - Cheerful Chow

Silver - 2 Gold Stamps,2 Padlocks,10 Keys & 1 Eggstatic Pin

Bronze - 1 Silver Stamp,1 Padlock & 5 Golden Gloves

No Trophy - 5 Fish Stocks & 5 Natural Rubber

 

Stage 2 

Gold - Charming Chow

Silver - 2 Gold Stamps,2 Padlocks,10 Keys & All Mine Pin

Bronze - 1 Silver Stamp,1 Padlock & 5 Golden Gloves

No Trophy - 1,000 Coins

Note: You can only earn one of the rewards, not three! Your rank on the last day of the event determines the reward you receive!

Mystery Bag: Doggie Bags

 

These Doggie Bags are filled each time you earn Bark Points for the Leaderboard. Earn additional rewards each time a Doggie Bag is filled!

Temporary Place of Interest: Mutt Market

 

Across the road from the Champion's Field is the Mutt Market. You can send up to 4 Farm Hands to get Event items such as Peanut Butter, etc.

New items needed and where to get them:

 

Peanut Butter: Mutt Market, Grandma's Glade, Prized Cow, and Prized Chicken

Fish Stock: Mutt Market, Merryweather Mine, Prized Pig, Prized Reindeer, and Prized Sheep

Natural Rubber: Mutt Market, Pappy's Pond, the Cove, Mallard Mill, Prized Horse, and Prized Goat

 

Tip: Crafted items that need these ingredients will be worth higher Leaderboard points! Make sure to have plenty of these items to help you move up on the Leaderboard!

You can purchase AllStar Alex, Jolly Janice and Captain Cooper to help you during the Pet Show Competition. They can help you find the needed rare event items and will leave your farm once the event ends.
