FarmVille 2 Tropic Escape-The Kinetic Sculpture Challenge Official Guide

The resort is all a-buzz! Kate reports that two of our guests are causing quite a stir on the island. As it turns out, they’re here to compete in a very special kind of race: The Kinetic Sculpture Challenge!

Now, what is a Kinetic Sculpture Challenge, you ask? Well, it’s a race where contestants drive homemade, human-powered vehicles across a variety of terrains. Did we say vehicles? Nay, we mean works of art! They aren’t called Kinetic Sculptures for nothing!

We’re invited to join the race in our Kinetic Sculpture for exciting rewards, glory, and good old fashioned fun!

If you are at least Level 9, you will be invited to join the “Art on wheels!” event. You will need to force-close the game to see the update, or even reboot your device.

To kick off this exciting event, head on to The Pitstop, which you can find near the beach.

The event will have a series of five races that will last for two days each. Finishing in the top 3 of your respective Leaderboard will give you a Round Win. You will win Event Rewards based on the number of Rounds Won. The higher the number of Rounds Won, the better Event Rewards that you will earn! You will need to earn Race Points for your Racer to move forward.\

Earn Race Points by completing the Energy Objectives in the Orders tab.

You can collect different types of Energy by crafting orders.

After crafting an order, tap on the Supply button.

Once you have collected the different types of Energy, tap on the Complete button.

Tap on the Race tab to view your progress. You can check your rank in the current Race and the Race Points you have earned in the lower-left corner of the event board.

Boosts:

To increase the number of Race Points you receive, use these Point Boosts: 1.5x Boost, 2x Boost, and 3x Boost.

- Spend 30 Treasure keys and get x1.5 more points for 4 hours.

- Spend 40 Gems and get x2 more points for 4 hours.

- You can upgrade x2 Boost to x3 Boost for 60 Gems to get even more points!

Event Rewards:

Win all 5 races to get the best rewards!

Win 3 races - Harvestable Mini Kinetic Racer (deco)

Win 4 races - Temporary Island Guide Wacko for 10 days

Win 5 races - Temporary Island Guide Chacko for 10 days and double the resources you get from various island locations.

Daily Goals:

As you progress in the race, you will reach your Daily Goals! You will earn Badges through daily objectives and will be counted in your Milestones. Reach a specific milestone and earn rewards!

Temporary Landmark: Audience Stand

The Audience Stand is a temporary landmark where you can search for ingredients needed to make supplies.

Temporary Island Guides: Sage and Rich Clark

You can rent Sage and/or Rich Clark as Temporary Island Guides to help you out during the event. They will give you a higher chance of finding rare ingredients at the Audience Stand and other Landmarks.

Note: Sage and Rich Clark are Temporary Island Guides, and will only stay on your farm for the whole duration of The Kinetic Sculpture Challenge event.
