You will be able to collect more Gift cards according to your Status as follows:

How do I use Gems to collect more Gift Cards?

If you wish to be able to collect even more Gift Cards than mentioned above, you can purchase them with Gems.

When you collect all the available number of Gift Cards and you try collecting more, a pop-up that will offer you the ability to collect X more Gift Cards will appear with the Gem offer:

Why am I not receiving my Friends Bonus on the Golden Spin?

The Friends Bonus is still being added to your Golden Spin reward. However, it is already added on the Wedges together with the Status Bonus and the Wedges now display the total reward.

Why has my Golden Spin price increased/ decreased?

The Golden Spin now offers more coins/ less coins on each Wedge considering your game play and the requirements of your account, therefore, the prices have been modified accordingly.

How do I get extra drinks on the Cocktail Bonus?

The Cocktail Bonus now offers the chance to win an extra drink and to maximize your reward!

What is the Lucky Spin Jackpot?

The Lucky Spin has a new symbol on it

Why do I not have 3 balls on the Lotto Bonus?

Only the Lotto Bonus Premium will have an extra ball.

The values on the Lotto Balls will remain the same, however, now you get an extra one for purchasing the Lotto Bonus Premium.

How do I get the Silver Lion Hero?

You can activate the Hero on Mondays by completing all 3 Dash challenges!

The Silver Lion Hero does not work.

Personal Profile FAQ

What is the Personal Profile?

The Personal Profile is a feature that allows you to check your stash of promotional items, Clan info, Level and Tier all in one place. 

It also includes a link towards this page (Contact Support). 

How does it work?

In order to access your Personal Profile, click on the Avatar image in the upper left corner. 

You will have two sections in your profile: the left side Menu and the right side Menu.

You will find general info about your account in the left side menu: Tier, Level and the Clan you have joined. 

In the right side Menu, you will find your Stash and the Contact Support link. 

The Stash

This feature helps you check the items you have collected from 5 promotions and have remained unused. 

The 5 promotions and items that can be checked for each are: 

Snakes and Ladders - check remaining Dice Rolls;

Sloto Tales - check Sloto Tales Spins;

Private Eye - check Hints;

Blast - check Extra Picks;

Holey Moley - check Extra Tickets.

You will also be able to purchase multiple item types from the Cocktail Personal Offer from now on even if the respective promotions are not available in the game. 

These items will be added to your stash and you will be able to use them as soon as the promos go live. 

Shiny Blossom Album

The Shiny Album comes with new and exciting upgrades!

What about my spins from the Ace machine?

All of the ace spins from the previous album (e.g The Worldwide album) will be saved in the archived album and will continue to award prizes, Cards are not included.

Will I be able to use the Wheel of Stars in the Worldwide Album?

Yes, each archived Album has its own Wheel of Stars. You will find it in the archive, however, no Card prizes will be awarded from it.

What are Shiny Cards?

Shiny Cards are shiny versions of existing cards that have special benefits.

How do they work?

You can use both the regular version of a Card and the Shiny version to complete Album sets.

Do all the Cards have Shiny versions?

No, there are only 9 Shiny Cards per total. But more may be released with special future promotions.

Where do I see my Shiny Cards?

You can find them in ‘My Shiny Collection’ inside the Album:

How do I obtain Shiny Cards?

They can be won from daily promotions, from picking blossoms from the Shiny Tree every day.

Shiny Cards cannot be traded like regular Cards through the Gift Box or obtained with a Wild Card.

What is the Shiny Tree?

The Shiny Tree is similar to Santa’s Puzzle Chamber.

You will have 3 picks for a chance to win a variety of prizes. You can use Gems afterwards to purchase more picks!

Does the Ace machine work the same as for the Worldwide Album?

Yes, Ace Cards will bring you Ace Machine spins based on their number of stars.

Ballinko and Level Rush FAQ

What is Ballinko?

Ballinko is our brand new mini-game!

Try to drop the green balls into the big buckets and the red balls into the small buckets to maximize your prize!

How do I play Ballinko?

You start each game with three green balls and two red balls.

Green balls add coins to your total reward, while red balls deduct coins from your total reward.

The bar on the right indicates which ball is about to be dropped and how many of each type of ball you have left to drop.

Each turn, you need to pick which of the 5 cannons on the top you want to drop the ball from.

Try to drop the green balls into the highest value buckets, and the red balls into the lowest value buckets that are located on the bottom to maximize your prize!

How do I know what my reward is?

On the left side bar, you can see your current reward from your game.

How do I start to play the Ballinko game?

Beat the Level Rush Challenge to earn a chance to play the Ballinko game!

What is the Level Rush Challenge?

While you spin, a pop-up will randomly show up indicating that the Level Rush challenge has started.

The challenge will show you the level that you need to reach to get the Ballinko game!

Hurry up! You only have a short amount of time to complete the challenge!

How do I know my status in the challenge?

By clicking on your level bar in the top right corner, you can see how many levels and how much time is left to complete the challenge.

What happens if I didn’t complete the Challenge in time?

No worries! You will get a new Level Rush challenge later on in the game.

I won the challenge, but accidentally closed the page to play the game. What should I do?

If you decided not to play Ballinko immediately, that’s perfectly fine! The Ballinko game will be waiting for you in your ‘Gifts’ section.

What is Ballinko Deluxe?

After you play Ballinko, you can purchase the Ballinko Deluxe, which has ONLY green balls and bigger buckets!

Daily Dash PLUS

What is the Daily Dash Plus?

The Daily Dash Plus offers you more prizes by filling the weekly Dash Bar.

How do I get the prizes ?

The Daily Dash Plus prizes are received after clicking on the Dash+ icon, and purchasing it.

It can be purchased at any point during the dash week.

If the purchase was made at the beginning of the dash week, the prizes will be received once the next milestone of dash points is reached.

If it was purchased at the end of the dash week, the prizes that were reached so far will be able to be collected right after the purchase.

How do I know which prizes I get ?

You can click on the “DASH Plus – See Prizes” button, in order to have a more detailed view of the prizes along the bar. You can scroll sideways to see all the milestones.

The prizes on the upper side of the bar are the “Plus” prizes, and they will appear with locks, as long as the Dash Plus wasn’t purchased.

The bottom side of the bar shows the free prizes you can get when reaching the relevant milestones.

You can click on each prize-icon in order to see which prizes it grants.

How do I collect the prizes?

You can collect each prize right after you reach each milestone along the dash bar, during the dash week. Once you reach each milestone, the relevant prize will have a “collect” button on it.

What happens if the dash-week ended and I didn’t collect the prizes?

The prizes that were won but not collected during the dash week will enter automatically to your gift box, and will remain there for 4 days. After 4 days, if still not collected, they will expire.

What are SlotoClans?

Clans are a fun way to get more out of your game together with other players! Simply join a CLAN to get more freebies from your Clan’s members achievements and participate in unique challenges. 

How does SlotoClans work?

Win as many Clan points as possible during the week, reach your weekly goal together with your fellow players to unlock your personal reward. :)

How do I join a clan?

Hit the SlotoClans icon in the lobby and click on Find Clan button. You can search a specific Clan by name and tag or scroll through the suggested Clans to join the one that suits you best. If you created a Clan[LEM1]  you can invite users to play with you too .

Keep in mind that you can only join a Clan if you are not currently a member of any other Clan.

Is there any difference in Clans?

There are two types of Clans: Private and Public , every clan will have a minimum status requirement.

Private Clans are Clans you can join by the Clan’s leader approval only. The Clan leader can determine a minimum Status that can join this specific Clan. For example: a clan for Diamonds and above - Platinum players will not be able to join in this case .

Public Clans are Clans you can join instantly without the Clan’s leader approval. The Clan Leader can pre-determine a minimum Status to join this Clan as well.

Can I leave a Clan?

You can leave a Clan whenever you want by clicking on the “More info” button next to the Clan name in the Clan lobby. A drop-down menu will open and on the bottom of it, just click on the “LEAVE CLAN” button. 

What about being removed from a clan?

You can be removed at any time by the Clan Leader, so try to be nice to them.

How do I create a Clan?

To create a Clan make sure you are not already a part of a Clan. If you are not in a Clan, click on the SlotoClans icon in the game lobby. Choose “Create Clan” on the right. 

Choose a name for you Clan. Make sure it’s not more than 15 characters and in English only.

Write a description for your clan - this will help other players understand the spirit of your Clan and will help you attract more players!

Choose a logo that you feel will represent your Clan’s spirit in the best way possible!

Clan Type - Define if your Clan will be Private or Public using the toggle. 

Define a Minimum Status to join your Clan. If you want ALL Statuses to join, set the minimum status to Bronze.

Overview lets you take a final look at your Clan before its creation. Make sure you love it!

Click on “CREATE CLAN” and start recruiting new members!

Remember you can always later edit your clan by clicking on the “more info” button mentioned previously.

How many people can I add in a Clan?

Clans are limited to 10 players.

How are Clan points earned?

You can earn Clan points with each Daily Dash and while spinning – bet higher in order to increase your chances of winning Clan Points .

What are the benefits of joining a Clan?

You can collect bonuses from your Clan members.

Each time a Clan member wins a Jackpot or completes a Sloto Cards set , all members are awarded with a coin gift. The coin gift will expire in 24 hours so make sure to collect it from the chat section , keep in touch with your fellow members and thank them for any achievement .

Regarding the jackpot wins keep in mind that the cashlink jackpot wins will not count towards a bonus reward inside the clan. The cash-link machines are :

Share your experiences but make sure to not share any personal information on chat, and be respectful with the other members at all times .

How do we get rewards?

You will get weekly rewards by joining forces with fellow members. By achieving Clan points, you will be able to open a chest per week, which will give you a coin prize and much more depending on the chest level you are able to get that week . There are 5 chest levels, the higher the level the better the rewards.

Keep in mind you need to obtain the key for the chest during a week with your fellow members to actually get your personal chest reward .

How do I ask for a card ?

Enter the album and tap ASK YOUR CLAN to ask for a card you’re missing, you can only ask for Cards from the current Album.

Your request will appear on the clan’s chat and stay there for 24 hours

You can ask for one card every 24 hours .

How do I help a friend ?

Once you see a request in your clan chat, send the card to your friend by tapping HELP OUT.

You can help only if you have a duplicated card (you can see an indication how many duplicates you have on the request)

You will receive 15 Clan Points for sending a card

What is Ballinko Heat?

Meet our newest edition to the Ballinko family - Ballinko Heat!  

Drop the golden balls into the biggest buckets to win a huge coin prize and on the way, light up the different SPHERES to win extra prizes or release multiple balls!

How do I play it?

Each game starts with three golden balls.

On the right you will see the number of balls available to you after each drop.

Pick a cannon from the top to choose where your ball should fall from. Try to drop the balls into the highest value buckets located at the bottom to maximize your prize.

What is the difference between the SPHERES?

There are two types of SPHERES:

HEAT SPHERE- Contains multiple balls that will be released at once if you unlock it. 1 extra ball will be added to the HEAT SPHERE every time you purchase the Ballinko Deluxe and it will be remain there until you unlock the HEAT SPHERE.

Mini SPHERES – the two SPHERES located on the left and right side of the HEAT SPHERE that contains different types of prizes such as SlotoCards, Boosters, Game Mania, and many others.

How do I know what my reward is?

On the left sidebar, you can see your current reward from your game.

To check your reward from a SPHERE, simply click on the SPHERE and it will reveal the prize inside.

If you hit the Spheres enough times, they will turn blue. That means you have won the prize inside.

How do I win the Ballinko Heat game?

Beat the Level Rush Challenge to win the Ballinko HEAT game!

I won the Level Rush Challenge but accidentally closed the page with the game, what should I do?

It’s perfectly fine if you want to play the game later or if you close the pop-up by mistake. The Ballinko game will be waiting for you in your Gifts Section.

What is Ballinko Heat Deluxe?

After playing Ballinko, you can purchase the Ballinko Deluxe and enjoy bigger prizes. Your progression will be saved on all the SHPERES from the first round of Ballinko, 1 extra ball will be added to the HEAT SPHERE and it is saved there until you will win it.

 How do I win?

Collect matching slotocards and form a line (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) of stars or complete a whole board to win.

If I completed the board before time is up, can I use cards that I receive afterwards in the next board ? 

No, cards you receive can only be used during the board that is live.

Why is there gold around some of the lines on the boards?

If you win bingo with the golden lines, you get a bigger prize also, gold lines change position for every new board too .

I completed the board, when’s the new board coming?

There’s a countdown that will tell you when’s the next board will come around. 

Can I use a card I got from a friend ?

No, keep in mind that you can’t use cards you received from your friends . 

I have more than one card, why can’t I use it ?

You can only use cards that were received while the bingo board was active . 

I used a card on my board, can I use it on the Wheel of stars too ?

Yes, you will be able to. 

Can I save cards for the next board ?

No, once the time is up all cards and stars are cleared for the next board.

I completed a line of stars, but didn't get a prize. Where are my coins ? 

Check your gift box in this case , you will find it there.  

What are gems?

Gems is an in-game currency that is purchased with real world currency, or obtained from different sources such as the Daily Dash or Clan Chest rewards at the end of the week.

What are gems used for?
