Every day you can exchange gifts with your friends. In the lower left corner of the game screen you can see a gift icon. Click it to send and accept the gifts from your friends.
Choose a gift you’d like to send to a neighbor and click on “Give a gift” button.

Tick the tab “show who needs it”.

Click on + to add the gift to your wish list. Notice that you can choose more than one gift.
Also, you can ask your friends for the gift in a Facebook post on your page.
To remove some gifts from you wish list you need to click on the red ‘X’ button.
You can see if someone sent you a gift in the ‘Gifts’ section. Accept your gift or click on ‘Accept all’ if there are more than one gift.
Please notice, you can send a gift once in 24 hours to a friend. Also, if you do not accept the gift from a friend you won't receive another gift from that person until you accept that gift from your inbox.
