Find an upset Christmas-tree seller on your site and click on him to start the mission. You can start doing it on any day from 23rd to 27th of December inclusive.
After you have started the mission a quick access to it will appear in the right part of the screen.
A new task will be revealed every day. You can't collect elements in advance for those tasks that haven't been revealed yet. However elements that have already been opened can be collected during all 5 days.
