Cornelius was examining the dusty boxes of decorations in his attic when he spotted his old mini grocery store — his favorite holiday present from his dad.

He’s noticed the County’s moms & dads looking rather stressed as they shop for presents that they hope their kids will love. Cornelius knows how much holiday gifting means to children, & how the best presents also become lasting memories. He wants you to help him set up shop & craft the perfect gifts for all the parents to give their little ones this holiday season. He’s sure you’ll both have lots of fun!

Set up Santa’s Grotto in FarmVille to help parents get the best gifts. Help Cornelius cater to the customers at the Grotto and make it the best Christmas store ever. As a token of gratitude, you’ll be rewarded with a baby Gray Sambar Deer!

If you are level 15 or higher, the “Tis the Season!” popup will appear. Click on the “Build Santa’s Grotto!” button to begin this feature.

First, you will have to collect all the materials you need to start building the Grotto.

Next, ask your friends for help in building the Grotto or hire some Builders.

The finished Santa’s Grotto, which is automatically placed outside your farm, will look like this:

Customers will visit Santa’s Grotto and place their orders. After fulfilling their requests you will earn Stall Tokens. Fulfill the orders as soon as you can, as each customer will remain in Santa’s Grotto for only a certain period of time.

There are three stalls in the Grotto, where customers can place their orders: Toy Shop, Candy Corner, and Holiday Warmers. Your first customer is Patti and she’s ordering items from the Toy Shop stall.

You can complete the customer’s order by crafting it in the stall.

Click on the Go Craft button to make the item.

In the stalls, you can choose an item to craft and each item will be sold for a certain number of Stall Tokens.

Patti ordered from the Toy Shop stall and she has 12 Stall Tokens in her wallet. You can choose to craft the following: Jute Reindeer that sells for 1 Stall Token, Jute Snowman that sells for 3 Stall Tokens, or Elf Puppet  that sells for 6 Stall Tokens.

If you have the complete ingredients for the item, click on the Make button. But don’t worry if you’re lacking ingredients as you can get them from your farm or from neighbors when you click the Post button.

Since you crafted the Elf Puppet and sold it to Patti for 6 Stall Tokens, she now has 6 Stall Tokens left in her wallet.

You can also prepare for future orders in Santa’s Grotto.

Click on the Prepare button to view the ingredients that you will need for the future order so you can plant, harvest, or ask your neighbors for help ahead of time.

But take note that you can only craft the item once you have received an order from a customer.

Keep fulfilling orders and collect all the Stall Tokens that are needed to get rewards when you have reached specific milestones. The counter in the bottom left corner of the menu will show you how many Stall Tokens you have collected.

Get 5 Happy Points and win 30 Minutes of Free Water when you’ve served 5 customers fully and consecutively in the Happiness Streak!

However, if you miss a customer, the Happiness Streak will reset.
