🏇 Where can I get golden hats?

We get first golden hat for completing the first part of "The Household Rodeo" quest. After that we get a horse in exchange for this hat. As soon as we grow and train it, it returns the hat. So we can only have one item: either a hat or an untrained foal. You can buy another hat for gems.

🏇 Why don't I get "Top Steed" feed for harvesting corn crops?

"Top Steed" feed is only appearing if you have a foal on site who should be treated with it. If a foal is in inventory just place it on site.

🏇 Who are young cowboys from which we can get sand-track horseshoes?

Young cowboys are Eely Billy, Supersonic Sonya and Dodger Roger.

🏇 Why doesn't Billy give Rider ID No. 20EB19?

Rider IDs and horseshoes are dropped randomly. We get them from time to time and not every time we speak with young cowboys.

🏇 Do foals affect chance of getting medals?

Only adult horses affect chance of getting medals.

🏇 Why didn't I get medal? I have adult trained horse.

Horses increase chance of getting medal, but don't guarantee it. The more adult horses you have the higher chances of getting a medal are.

🏇 Where did traditional rodeo arena go from my site?

Traditional rodeo arena is on site for only an hour after it appears.

🏇 When will it appear again?

It appears once in every 5 hours if you have a free space.
