Zombie Castaways-Your IDS



Hello, friends! Whenever you want to take part in a mini-game on this page and win some goodies, you need to copy and paste your game ID. Or we ask for it to take a closer look at your game and fix a glitch if necessary. So let’s talk about your game IDs.

HOW CAN YOU FIND IT?
Game ID is a set of numbers and letters associated with your game state on a specific device. Tap the Cog button in the upper left corner to go to Settings. There you will see three tabs. Your game ID will be written at the top of the first tab. To the right of the ID, there is a copy button. Tap the copy icon, then tap the Player ID field of the entry form to paste your ID. Or you can use the CTRL+V combination to paste the copied information.

Your ID looks like this: XXXXX-XX1

WHY DO I NEED THIS ID?
Your ID helps us find your game and send you goodies or identify the problem and fix it if something goes wrong.

I RE-INSTALLED THE GAME AND MY ID CHANGED. WHAT HAPPENED?
Your game ID changes every time you install the game. This way we can work directly with the current version of the game with all its peculiarities caused by devices’ specs. It also means that you have different IDs on different devices.

WHY DO I NEED FACEBOOK ID?
You need Facebook ID to make sure that your game state will be preserved in case of an unfortunate event. If you lose your tablet or if your phone accidentally sets itself on fire, you’ll be able to continue your game. You’ll need to install the game, play through the tutorial until you see the first task screen, log into your Facebook account, choose a save from cloud and voila! Your game magically restores itself!

So make sure that you are logged into your Facebook account and keep your game ID somewhere close in case you need our help. 

IS POSTING MY ID SAFE?
Yes, it is. Your game ID can be used only by human devs. Your Facebook ID and your actual Facebook ID are two different things. Neither your game ID nor your Facebook ID is linked to your payment info, that's why we usually require a receipt if something goes wrong. We do not and will never encourage you to share your payment details or Social Security number, or other personal info.
