Rusty is right! The Yuletide Trees in the city look beautiful indeed! Why don’t we do the same for our county? If we start right now, we can all create our own Yuletide Trees in time for the Holidays! So, build a Design Workshop on your farm and start decorating your own tree. As a reward, you’ll get a baby Roosevelt Elk!

If you are level 15 or higher, the “Yule Love This One!” popup will appear. Click on the “Place Design Workshop” button to begin this feature.

To build the workshop, you first have to collect all the materials you need.

Then, ask your friends for help or hire builders.

The finished workshop will look like this:

Click on the building. You’ll see the blueprint for the Yuletide Tree on the right-hand side. Follow Rusty’s instructions to design your tree. Collect Design Points to unlock the three customization options!

You can customize Pine Tree, Ornaments and Presents. Toggle between the buttons to choose one of the 2 designs!

Collecting Design Points is easy. Here’s how:

Complete the tasks shown on the task shelves on the left-hand side of the Workshop.

Unlock these tasks by raising baby Reindeer or getting adult Reindeer. Add Reindeer on your farm by clicking on the “Get Reindeer” button.

The Reindeer will unlock tasks and provide you with Tinsel. You’ll need Tinsel to craft special holiday items for your tasks.

After the shelves are unlocked, you can begin completing tasks. Each task gives you a different number of Design Points.

You can also ask your friends for Design Points

Keep track of how many Design Points you’ve collected by checking the counter in the lower left part of the Workshop.

You start getting rewards when you reach specific milestones in the Design Workshop. You’ll also unlock the different parts of your Yuletide Tree this way. The yellow bar will show your progress.

5 Design Points = unlocks the Pine Tree part

25 Design Points = Coigue Tree

55 Design Points = unlocks the Ornament part

100 Design Points = Resource Pack

180 Design Points = unlocks the Presents part, baby Roosevelt Elk, and 10 Favors

Note: When you reach a milestone that unlocks a part of the Yuletide Tree, you’re unlocking the customization choices for that part and not the physical part itself. You’ll get to keep the whole Yuletide Tree, once you finish the feature, after you’ve unlocked all the parts.
