There are peasants and wage workers, who will be glad to help you about the house. Click “Workers” tab in your household and you’ll will be able to hire more people.
After hiring the peasants will stay with you forever. Settle your new settlers in any building and they will be able to help with any work.
Wage workers are possible to hire for some certain time. Click “hire’ button and you’ll see a pop-up with wage workers. You don’t need to settle them in any dwelling. They'll be helping you to cope with your daily routine during some period.
