Zoo World-F.A.Q. Domande Frequenti

What Is Juice? How Is It Used?

Juice is used for feeding your animals, collecting hearts, to find treasures, and to shake trees. Staff members like the Cupid and the Candyman use it to feed your animals.

You can always send juice, claim it, and earn it via Deal of the Day!

Where Is The Item I Placed In Storage?

If you have trouble locating things that have disappeared or previously stored, please check the Storage.
Be sure to check all of the tabs indicated in the storage. There are currently 5 tabs in the storage. These are for Animals, Kiosks, Decorations, Maps, and Buildables. By clicking the correct tab you can find the item you are looking for! You can also use the search bar!

What Is The Storage?

The storage is a place where you can keep all animals, kiosks, decorations, maps, and buildables you are not currently using. You can drag the items you don't want placed on your islands to your storage. You can find it by clicking on it located next to the Shop Icon.
The storage even has a search bar to find anything inside it! Simply type to search.

How Do I Get More Wildlife Points?

You get one Wildlife Point for every achievement level you pass, but not for each individual achievement. Earn more Wildlife Points through Breed Mastery and Trophy Achievements!

You can also buy Wildlife Points in the Wildlife Fund tab.

How Do I Level Up And Unlock New Animals?

Animals are locked by XP level, and happy animals give out XP. To level up your XP, choose an animal and click on the candy wish bubble to select a FREE treat! You decide when you want to come back. When the treat is gone, a red heart will appear over the animal.

Click on it to get XP, but don't be late! Animals with broken hearts (purple heart with a crack in it) will not give full XP. You can also collect your hearts a little early (when they turn pink), however you won't get the full XP amount for that treat if you don't wait the full time.

How Do I Adopt An Animal?

Adopt from feed: Some species can only be acquired through the newsfeed of your Facebook. Check the "Most Recent" link of your Facebook homepage to see if your friends have posted any adoptable species for you to add to your Zoo. You may want to check frequently as adoption links are only valid for an hour, or until someone else clicks the link.

While you're in the game, you'll occasionally be prompted to post feeds for your friends to adopt as well. Each posts asks that a certain number of your friends help you save the species. After saving a certain number of animals, you will get a bonus from the Wildlife Fund!

How Do I Get More Zoo Dollars?

You gain profit from your ticket booth. The bigger your zoo gets -the bigger the profit. Ticket booth money can be collected every 15 minutes and will continue to fill even when you're not active in the game. The amount paid depends on Zoo Happiness, and the number of daily visitors.

Get more daily visitors by getting more animals and items. Get more money once a day by shaking trees, upgrading some of your kiosks for larger profits, and visiting your friends' zoos. Posting animals to your feed and helping them find homes will also give you a bonus.

What Is Breeding And How Can I Breed My Zoo Animals?

Help save endangered species! Only rare and ultra rare species can be bred. Click the stork above your friend bar (Hint: ultra rare species cost Wildlife Points to breed) in the Visit Zoo tab. It takes two of each species to breed more. Each species takes a different length of time to breed, so be sure to check the times so you can feed the babies. Unfed babies will get sick and require special care!

If you're not got going to be around, you can choose to post a message to your newsfeed when your babies need feeding and your friends can feed them for you. If you help a friend feed a newborn, you will receive a growth formula which cuts breed time by 25%. Upon reaching Breed Mastery levels, you will earn Wildlife Points! To start, choose an animal by clicking the "Click to breed" sign above the nest. (Hint: Some of the achievements in the game require a certain number of each species you own, so learning how to breed your species is a great skill to master!)

How Do I Customize My Zoo?

One of the many fun things about Zoo World is making your Zoo unique to you with customization. Click on the "Visit Zoo" tab at the top of your Zoo (Hint: this tab will always bring you home to your Zoo). If you just purchased items or received gifts in your inventory, the game will ask if you'd like to place the items in your Zoo. At any time, you can click on the Storage icon in your Zoo and that will open up your storage. (Hint: the storage icon looks like a crate and it's next to the shop icon).

Once in your storage, your items are neatly organized by 5 different categories - Animals, Kiosks, Decoration, Maps, and Buildables. To place items from your storage on to your Zoo map, click and drag each item to your desired location. The grid will turn red to indicate where you cannot place items and green when you're in an area where it can be placed. Don't worry too much if you're not sure about how you arrange your animals and items, you can always move things around by clicking on the Storage icon. To edit other islands once you've unlocked them, select the island you want from the bar below your Zoo Dollars. When you are finished editing, click the green checkmark at the right of your storage window and your changes should be saved.

How Do I Buy Animals And Items?

Buying animals and items in the Zoo shop is easy! Click the "Shop" icon from your Zoo and it will open an area where you can peruse the available items. Once you've found the item you want, select the quantity you want and click on the blue "Buy" button. (Hint: Click with caution! Once you've hit the Buy button, wait a few seconds to make sure your click went through before hitting it again. This can save you from accidentally buying extras!)

The shop is laid out in sections or departments to make your shopping experience a breeze. In each section, you can see what is currently available, what can be unlocked next, and what you need to do to unlock these. New animals are unlocked every few levels. They may not appear in the shop right away unless you purchase animals that come before. All animals and most kiosks can be placed on your zoo map when you start to customize your Zoo.

I Purchased An Animal And Did Not Receive It/Redeemed Watch And Earn Animal. Where Is It?

If you own an animal previously and then acquired it again it will add to your existing count.

By acquiring we mean Shop purchase, gifting, or Watch and Earn.

This means that the number of where the animal is updated. If this was on an island the number should change. You can check if you owned it already through the search bar in the Shop or Storage.

Animals you owned already will NOT go to your storage if you acquire them again. They will just update the existing number you had already.

The design of the game is that any upgraded, gifted, or purchased animal that you already own will add to your zoo count and not show up in your storage. Hope this clears up any confusion or questions about missing animals.

How Much Tree Can Each Greenhouse Hold?

The bronze greenhouse holds 15 trees.
The silver greenhouse holds 50 trees.
The gold greenhouse holds 155

What Is The Purpose Of A Greenhouse?

The purpose of having a greenhouse is for you to be able to collect Zoo Cash all at once from your trees in your zoo, instead of clicking on individual trees. Importantly, to save you time.

How Do I Upgrade My Greenhouses?

You would need 3 bronze greenhouses to make a silver greenhouse. You would need 3 silver greenhouses to make a gold greenhouse. Once you have the 3 of the same type of greenhouses, you can go to the shop, under buildable, youll see an upgrade yellow button. All you have to do is press the yellow button and the new upgraded greenhouse will be located in your storage.

What Is Herd Bonus?

Herd Bonus is a way you can get extra XP by feeding groups of ultra rare animals. All you need is minimal amount of 3 Ultra rares animals to make a herd.

Once you make a herd, little "mini hearts" will pop out when you collect it, which will give you more XP. The bigger the herd, the more "mini hearts" will pop out.

Which Kiosks Can Be Upgraded?

There is a list of kiosks that can be upgraded in your "Collectibles" tab in your Shop page. First, visit your "Shop" and click on the "Collectibles" tab. In the tab, you will see six rectangular buttons.

Click on the far right button labeled, "Wrenches" and there under "Kiosk Upgrades" you will see a list of all of the kiosks that you can upgrade with your wrenches.

What Is An Ultra Rare Species And Why Can't I Gift Them To My Zoo Mates?

Ultra rare species are unique animals that can only be purchased with real money or Wildlife points. Because of this, ultra rares cannot be purchased for a player and transferred to another zoo through gifting (unless they are Limited Editions or from the Limited Edition gifting tree).

If something were to happen during the gifting process, we would not want our players to be out real money or Wildlife points they purchased with real money.

There is an option to buy ultra rares for Zoomates but this only applies to promotional ultra rares through Limited Edition animals and gifting tree campaigns.

Ultra rare animals are excluded from the achievement levels that require a certain number of every species you own. They will generally have 4 stars and animate on your islands!

Where Can I Find More ZooMates To Unlock More Islands?

Zoo World is filled with wonderful and generous users who are willing to help and enjoy playing with people all over the world. If you are looking for animals or ZooMates, you can post in the Zoo World 1 Forums, located in the Add Me section.

Remember you only unlock islands 1-10 with Zoomates. After island 10, they can only be unlocked with WLP.

How Does My Zoo Make Money?

There are two currencies in Zoo. One is Zoo Dollars, which you will accumulate easily from by clicking the bag daily. One bag click collects all the money for your zoo, so you do not have to go to each island and collect.

Other activities (mystery box collection, tree shaking, visiting other ZooMates' zoos) also render more Zoo Dollars for your zoo. The second is Wildlife Points which allow you to buy premium items. These are accumulated from completing in-game achievements, mastering breeding levels, and completing trophies. You can also purchase WLP through the Wildlife Fund tab.

What Are Welcome Gates?

Each island you unlock in your Zoo has its own Welcome Gate. You can collect XP from your Welcome Gates when a red heart appears over them. You can also choose to upgrade each gate by clicking on the gate and clicking on the yellow "Buy" button.

This will allow you to collect more XP from the same gate but it will cost you 3 WLPs per upgrade, so please be careful to avoid an accidental click.

What Are Trophies?

You can become a master of areas in the game by completing trophies. For each trophy completed, you will earn one Wildlife Point.

To check your progress on each of your trophies, click the trophy icon above the friend bar on the "Visit Zoo" tab. (Hint: Right next to the stork!)

What Are Collectibles?

Collectibles are collections that you cannot buy in the shop. Some will be available only through gifting, through the Newsfeed, or from breeding.

Once you collect a certain number of items in one level, you can upgrade to the next level for a different item, which in turn can be upgraded to another item or even a limited animal!

What Is Gifting?

Gift unto others so they may gift unto you! Gifting is the perfect way to interact with your friends and ZooMates! Lend a hand and gift some animals through the "Send Gift" tab.

Certain animals can only be acquired through gifting - so generosity will get you far. Free Gifts will not be deducted from your zoo, but other limited animals will leave your zoo once you gift them away.

What Are Zoo Stats?

When you first log in to your Zoo, you can see your Zoo Value, overall Zoo Happiness, Zoo Dollars, Wildlife Points, and number of visitors from the "Visit Zoo" flash. (Hint: click on "My Info" to see recent visitors and # of animals owned. It will also show the current number of tricks animals in your zoo have learned.) These are your Zoo stats and contribute to your Zoo's overall value.

You will also see the Achievement Banner on the top of the page. Each level you pass will earn you 1 Wildlife Point which can be used to get Ultra Rare animals and other cool things for your Zoo! You can also track your XP (experience points) in the bar below the Achievement Banner. XPs are earned by feeding your animals treats and collecting the full hearts they turn into when your animals are ready for more.
