What can I do on the Island?

You have a whole tropical island at your disposal; make it into the most beautiful, unforgettable resort ever! Build hotels and entertainment venues, open restaurants, and get golden coins; plan parties and excursions, decorate your island, complete quests, help tourists, make new friends, and play alongside your old ones! 

 How do I construct buildings? 

Buildings and decorations can be bought in the store.Tap on the button with the shop icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

A panel will open where you can choose the type of building you want. Place the building on the map and tap the button with the check mark.

Wait until construction is finished, and don't forget to cut the ribbon!

Where can I construct buildings?

A water slide built on sand will hardly produce much profit. Each building has a type of ground it can be built on: soil, sand or water. They are marked in the store by color:

Green for soil

Yellow for sand 

Blue for water 

Place the building on free ground cleared from trees or bushes, if necessary.

Why do I need to upgrade buildings?

The cooler the building is, the more profit it brings; it’s simple enough. Upgraded entertainment buildings bring more profit, hotels provide better events, power plants produce more electricity; moreover, buildings look much cooler when upgraded.Improve buildings by tapping on the Upgrade button in the lower part of the screen.

You can also speed up the upgrade: just tap the ‘snail’ button and the process will finish instantly. 

How do I move buildings? 

Are you thinking about remodeling your island? Do you want to move the buildings around?It's simple: hold your finger over a building until it is hovers above the ground. 

 Then drag it to its new position and tap the green check button to set it down there. 

You can also rotate the building by tapping the orange arrow button.

How do I demolish buildings?

Eventually your island will be so luxurious you’ll wish to replace old buildings with newer, more beautiful ones. Tap a building and hold your finger over it until it rises off the ground. In the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen tap the Demolish button with the wrecking ball on it. 

In a little while the building will be gone. You can speed up the process by tapping the ‘snail’ button.

How do I remove trees, stones and bushes?

The island’s lush vegetation can impede construction. Luckily, it’s very easy to remove obstacles from the map. Touch the object you want to get rid of and drag the tool that appears over to it. 

If you have enough energy, the object will be removed!

What is a quest?

Quests will give you the chance to get to know your island; they will give you the motivation and opportunity to make your island more beautiful and relaxing. Plus, by completing quests you’ll gain valuable rewards.

How do I take on quests?

There are quest icons on the left side of the screen. Tap them to see the objectives. 

Note the green arrow that points to the quest’s objective. When you complete the quest, a green check mark will appear on its icon. Then tap the icon to get your reward.

How do I buy new territory? 

You can buy any bordering region which is available at your level. Tap the ‘Buy’ button at the bottom of the game screen. Remove all the obstacles in the new region and start building. Note that some regions provide you with prizes and gifts too!

Why do I need roads?

Your tourists need roads to access attractions, hotels, the administration building. Your houses and hotels should be connected to administration; otherwise they won’t be able to function. Unconnected buildings are marked by the red road icon. Build the required road, and the building will resume working.The roads can be found in the store on the Roads tab. 

How do I build roads?

You can build roads with the Road Roller. You will find it on the ‘Roads’ tab in the store. Note that the Road Roller won’t be able to build a road if there is an obstacle in its way. A square with an obstacle will be highlighted in red.Drag the Road Roller to the place where you want to build a road. 

Choose an available direction and swipe from the green square to the one you want to end the road in. 

When you're finished, tap the checkmark to save your changes. 

How do I demolish a road?

If you don’t need a road anymore, you can demolish it with the Bulldozer.Drag the Bulldozer to the square where you want to start demolishing. The neighboring square will be highlighted in green if there is a road in it, otherwise it will be red. Swipe from the green square to the square you want to finish demolishing on. The Bulldozer will follow the route you’ve indicated.

When you're finished, tap the checkmark to save your changes.

How do I repair buildings?

Buildings which need repairs cannot function and thus do not produce profit. If there is a broken red house over a building, it needs repairing. 

Tap the building and then the Repair button at the bottom of the screen. In a short while, the building will be repaired. 

You can speed up the process by tapping the ‘snail’ button. 

What is a Warehouse?

You may need a Warehouse as temporary storage for buildings. Choose the building, tap the Move button at the bottom of the screen, and then choose the “To the Warehouse” option.The Warehouse icon can be found in the lower right of the screen.
