What is Jay's Tent?

Jay the economist lives in a tent on your Island. He spends his time exploring the qualities of different buildings in quietness and solitude. He has already made some significant discoveries and is eager to share his conclusions with you. Follow his advice and you will be able to raise the profits from your buildings and events by up to 10%!

How do I get access to Jay's Tent?

For starters, you have to buy out the territory where the Tent is located.

Then you’ll have to find Jay and become friends with him. The quests from the massive project will prompt you how to do so. 

Will I get any bonuses for accessing Jay's Tent?

Of course you will! Finish the massive project in the allotted time and you’ll get a chest with a perfect reward inside.

Moreover, after finishing the massive project, no matter how long it takes you to complete it, you’ll immediately gain your reward for the ‘Meet Jay’ achievement. 

What quests can I get in Jay's Tent?

The quests you are given in Jay’s Tent are separated into three groups:

Buildings 

Jay may ask you to collect profit or repair some building. With each quest, you’ll get the building’s name separately. Complete the quest and your profit from all the buildings of this type will be increased.  

 Tourists

Jay is sure that tourists are willing to pay more if they are content. That is why he will ask you to help your tourists wandering across the Island from time to time. Give them your services and you’ll be able to increase the profit from your buildings. Jay will tell you which buildings will become more profitable when the quest is completed. 

Events

Jay has a fine appreciation of the tourists’ mood and he knows for sure what events they want to take part in. This gifted economist can suggest what events you should start in your hotels. If you complete a quest of this type for a certain hotel, all the events there will bring you more profit.

Sometimes tourists are attracted by a hotel itself and not by the events that are held there. In this case, you need to have as many events in a certain hotel as you can. It doesn’t mean that events should take place non-stop; you can easily take a break between parties. However, the quest will be completed only after the total time of your events in the hotel reaches a certain point. 

What do I get for completing the quests from Jay’s Tent?

Each quest has five stages. Every time a stage is completed, the profit from a building or event will increase a certain percentage. Look up the building information or tap the corresponding icon and learn how much your profit will increase on every stage.

If you want to know the current percentage of profit growth, tap the information icon situated on the building bar. The maximum profit increase after the fifth stage is 10%.

How do I get my reward for the quests from the Tent?

To get a chest with a wonderful reward inside, you only need to complete the quests. Note that you’ll also get rewards when each stage of the quest is completed, five chests all in all. Good luck!
